Swan the first

The Swan, King Street, Ipswich.

This spaced out mural illustrates an escape from the world, exploring an alien planet with distant a voyager seeking new life. I was aiming to capture the feeling of sitting in a daydream, when you're not really in the room, you're not really anywhere. Just content in your own strange mind.

They entrusted me with my first wall back in 2015, it was such a proud moment to paint a mural in such a creative hub of Ipswich. When the Swan was opened it was the alternative pub of ipswich, hosting regular gigs and events. I got the opportunity to paint alongside inspirational illustrators such as Joel Millerchip, Mr Mead and illustration collective Brothers of Stripe.
